Promise Land Innovation Limited, owners of the WEALTH App, has terminated its brand ambassadorship agreement with Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh over what the company described as unfulfilled contractual obligations.
The termination took effect immediately, according to a statement signed by the company’s Executive Director, Gift Emmanuel, and dated September 15, 2026.
The company said a review of Dikeh’s performance under the agreement showed that some contractual obligations and promotional objectives had not been satisfactorily met.
It also disclosed that a performance review meeting scheduled for September 7 was intended to address outstanding obligations and determine the way forward.
According to Promiseland, the meeting failed to hold because Dikeh did not attend.
“Consequently, the Company has exercised its contractual right to bring the Brand Ambassadorship Agreement to an end with immediate effect,” the statement said.
The company said Dikeh had been formally informed of the termination and wished her well in her future endeavours.
Promiseland, however, said the decision would not affect its operations or its commitment to developing real estate investment management solutions through the WEALTH App.
It also thanked its subscribers, customers and partners for their continued support, promising to continue developing solutions aimed at creating lasting value for users.
