LAGOS (DGR News) — Nigerian singer Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, popularly known as Bella Shmurda, has alleged that he lost $4 million in a property transaction after discovering that the Lagos property he purchased was allegedly sold to him fraudulently.

The award-winning artiste made the claim during an emotional Instagram Live session on Tuesday, where he appealed for public support while expressing frustration over the development.

Singer Claims Property Was Fraudulently Sold

Speaking during the livestream, Bella Shmurda said he only recently learned that the property he bought allegedly did not belong to the individual who sold it to him.

The singer became visibly emotional during the broadcast, saying the money represented years of hard work and that he was struggling to come to terms with the situation.

He alleged that after receiving payment, the seller could no longer be reached.
